The Challenge
Vancouver’s BC Place Stadium is one of Western Canada’s premier venues and home to the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and Major League Soccer’s (MLS) Vancouver Whitecaps. As a CFL and MLS venue, the stadium is required to meet distinct lighting and broadcast standards. With its existing system experiencing frequent maintenance issues and too old for repair, the stadium needed a solution that would satisfy CFL and MLS requirements while enhancing the overall entertainment experience with state-of-the-art light shows and special effects.
The Solution
Stadium officials knew of Musco’s ability to custom design light systems for professional venues and were confident Musco would provide the ideal solution.
